The purpose
of this experiment is to determine the fermentation of tepache. To observe as
it happens and the result al the end.
Material

Mayonnaise container
o
Pineapple
o
Pilonsillo
o
Purified water
o
Cups
Steps
At firs wash the container well
Then soak the pilonsillo cut the pineapple into small
pieces and places them intend container
Finally leave the mixture in the container for about
15 minutes and the serve
Result
Fermentation was observed and the taste of the mixture
comes getter and is complemented

Our experiment went and the result was as we expected
